Ce studio de 26 m2 accueille jusqu’à 5 personnes dans une atmosphère chaleureuse. La grande pièce de vie de 19m2 est composée d’un coin salon avec canapé convertible et d’un espace salle à manger. Le studio dispose d’une cuisine séparée. En mezzanine, l’espace nuit est aménagé d’un lit double et d’un lit simple. Avec l’importante hauteur sous plafond dans la pièce de vie, vous aurez une véritable impression d’espace en plein coeur de la capitale.

Séjour : canapé convertible, table et chaises, télévision, salle d’eau avec douche et WC, accès wifi illimité.

Couchage : 1 lit double 140×200 (en mezzanine, hauteur sous plafond de 1m67), 1 lit simple 90×200 (en mezzanine, hauteur sous plafond de 1m45), et 2 lits simples 90×200 (canapé-gigogne: 2 lits simples côte à côte). Couette et oreillers, linge de lit.

Cuisine : Plaques de cuisson, réfrigérateur, machine à café Nespresso ©, bouilloire, toaster, vaisselle, matériel de cuisine, four micro-ondes.

Salle de bain : Douche, WC, Lavabo, serviettes de toilette, gel douche, sèche cheveux.

 vérifié The location of the apartment is great, and it’s first floor which is nice. She accidentally sent us directions for another apartment she has in the same building, which was occupied and awkward to walk in to. After several texts and a phone call we got in to the right one.The apartment is as described, but you should note there’s no air conditioning. There is a fan, but when it’s 80 degrees and higher, more than one oscillating fan is needed to cool the apartment.Carine did respond, but generally not for several hours. Ok generally, but tricky when trying to figure things out.

 vérifié This spot is conveniently located next to an entrance for metro 9 as well as a bakery (if you enjoy a pastry in the morning). The Airbnb isn’t particularly large but it was nice having three separate beds and a kitchenette. It did get humid during our stay, especially where it was a loft style with tall ceilings. Carine, although we didn’t end up meeting her, was very quick to respond and bring us extra towels or anything else we requested.

 vérifié Carine's property was very close to the metro, line 9. It was also close to lovely restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. The property was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was flexible and easily organised.I would recommend this property.

 vérifié Great place to stay, comfortable beds, great security, great location in the 11th, walkable in 20 -30 minutes to Bastille etc.We really enjoyed our stay and it had a bit more room than a lot of places in Paris, plus it was ground floor, and easy pickup / drop off for Uber, etc.No issues at all and Carine was friendly and helpful
